The Microlight Flying Experience

A superb gift for those who seek a little adrenalin or something different.

If you have never flown open cockpit then we highly recommend you try out the unique sensation. See the mountains and the coastline from as high as 4000 feet and take to the controls if you like. Our aircraft fly from 60 to 100mph and can take you as far as the west coast and back. We can even take you up a mile high if you wish to see both east and west coasts of Scotland.

We strongly recommend you bring a camera to have a souvenir of your flight. We can fly you to any destination you like including where you live. You can do as much of the flying as you like or just sit back and enjoy the ride.

All our instructors are highly experienced and fully qualified through the CAA so you’ll be in very safe hands.

We will provide you with a flying suit, gloves, balaclava if required and a headset.

Upon receipt of your voucher you can call us on 01577 863 645 to book your slot. Our vouchers can also be extended in duration for a longer flight. Please note that we are closed for six weeks from the end of June as the airfield is taken over by "T in the Park" (music festival).

We offer the following:

• 30 Minute flight around the local area with a brief introduction to flight controls if required. Typical routes are from Balado to Dunning, Stirling, Loch Leven or as you like.
• 60 Minute flight within Perthshire reaching places like Pitlochry and Loch Earn. We typically fly to Glenshee, Dunblane or St.Andrews. Don't forget to bring a camera.
• 90 Minute flight within Perthshire with the option of landing at another airfield. A superb flight that covers in excess of 100 miles and offers an opportunity to fly in the pilot's seat.
