Radio Course
The course covers all the material required to pass the Flight Radio Telephony Operators License (FRTOL).
The structure of the course is divided into three theory and one practical sessions. These sessions hope to give a good understanding of RT phraseology and procedures that are required in UK airspace.
There is a lot of material to learn during the course, so all students are asked to study the CAA Publication CAP413 before attending. Please study chapters 2 & 3 as a bare minimum. We also recommended you read the supplement to CAP413 called A reference guide to to UK phraseology.
Each course normally runs with three students on either a Saturday or Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
